They were doing some fitting work and you couldn't get directly into the hotel. You had to enter through El Centro comercial and take 2 elevators to get to the hotel.

It is an excellent location and service of the personnel is of first quality.
It is a bit confusing to access the parking lot from the hotel. there is no signage for this and to go up to the hotel lobby.

Very well located. With access from a shopping mall. Cafeterias light meal options very handy. The hotel is beautiful. The spacious rooms. You can see it from the jazz festival that just went down. We had a great time.
We asked for an extra quilt because it was fresh. We claimed it twice and although they were always very kind from reception, that night we slept with cold. The next day I asked for it in person and it was brought here immediately.

It was perfect for our outings, and after a long day of exploring, the clean and spacious room was a welcome retreat for the four of us.
My children wished that the check-in area was easier to access from the parking garage. It was a hassle lugging our bags through a dark path, which could have been avoided with better signage or assistance.

The room was lovely, and the location was great for us. It was within walking distance to wherever we needed to go.
the confusion in regards to our reservation.

The room was clean and well appointed, however, there were a couple of things that should be addressed. The bathroom door did not close/latch easily, much effort was required toget this door to shut and stay closed. The wall paper in the bathroom was starting to peel and the fllor in the bathroom did not appear to be totally clean. The layout of the parking, signage poor for where to go and how to check in other than via Valet Parking. The elevators were slow to respond long waits in the lobby and on the room floors and the layout of parking, main lobby and aux. Elevators were a bit confusing for first time visitors.

Nice pool and close to shopping. Staff unclear about room services. Requested late checkout details were confusing. Enjoyed renting bikes by the hotel. Pillows uncomfortable in the room. A decent stay.

Good location from which to see the city. I attended a small trade show which was at the Hyatt and I thought they did a very good job.
I ate breakfast there one morning and the waiter was so busy chatting with one customer we couldn't get coffee. I think he was the exception to the rule however. The same restaurant the next day the lady we had was very nice.
